Why is there a setup fee?
The first weeks are the heavy lift: the full profile rebuild, the photo and services build-out, the review system installed at your counter, and the citation build across Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Foursquare, and the directories AI search reads. The $499 one-time fee covers that build. Founding clients: the setup fee is waived.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. A one-page agreement covers the first 90 days — long enough to do the work properly and see the map change. After that it's month-to-month. If you leave, you keep everything built: the profile, the listings, the review system. It's your business's presence, not ours.
What if it doesn't work?
You'll know either way — that's the point of the monthly block-by-block heatmap. Profile improvements typically start moving visibility within 30–60 days, and review velocity compounds over the full 90 days. If the map isn't moving at day 90, you walk — no exit fees — and you keep the audit trail showing exactly what was done.
